The Burmese The Burmese
Finally, after one burmese ruling my house for years, I can call myself the proud care-taker of three burmese girls, also three generations.
The matriarch of my burmese girls, IP/GIC Indra Cats' Kitty Kitty Bang Bang better known as Bang Bang, sadly passed away on februari 13th, 2010. Her daughter, granddaughter and greatgranddaughter are a tribute to this great, social, sweet and unforgettable girl. She will be greatly missed.

I will introduce the three girls below.
Name : IC. Tenfold's Tic Tac Toe (neutered)
Colour : brown tortie
Born : April 11th, 2003
Dad : GIC Calisto van d'Ekster (brown)
Mom : IP/GIC Indra Cats' Kitty Kitty Bang Bang (red)
Tic Tac tested negative for GM2.
Tic Tac is one of the kittens of BB's last litter, a dream come true, because I really wanted to keep a tortie daughter of her. Tic Tac is the most beautifull tortie burmese I have ever seen, but maybe I am not totally unprejudiced. She is a sweet and gentle girl, just like her mom, but also can fly through the house like a lunatic.
Tic Tac has been to a couple of shows and she likes it, not as much as her mother who just loves the attention. Tic Tac has followed in her mothers' footsteps and had her first litter in the summer of 2005. Her second litter was born in April 2007, 7 kittens in 6 different colours. The brown tortie female from that litter stayed.

Colour : brown tortie (bur f)
Born : April 7th, 2007
Dad : IC. Windcharm Kittens Mighty Muppet (cream)
Mom : IC. Tenfold's Tic Tac Toe (brown tortie)
Douala is GM2 negative.
Douala is a kitten from Tic Tac's second litter. I wanted to keep a red or cream girl from that litter, but all females were tortie. While I was still thinking about keeping a tortie girl, Douala decided I needed a bit of convincing to let her stay.
She was just 3 weeks old when she climbed up my trousers and further up into my neck, there she cuddled up and fell asleep purring, who can resist that :-)) So Douala stayed. She is a real tomboy and thinks everything is funny, I sometimes disagree when she is hanging in my back again. On August 11th, 2009 Douala gave birth to her first litter, she is a superb mom.

Colour : red (bur d)
Born : August 11th, 2009
Dad : Ch. Lilla Gråbos Acke Äppelgren (red)
Mom : Ch. Tenfold's Douala (brown tortie)
Boom is GM2 negative.
Boom is a kitten from Douala's first litter and with that the fourth generation in my home. I was hoping for a red or cream girl and Boom was the only girl in the litter of 6. Happily she is a red girl, so I got my wish.
She is named after her greatgrandmother Bang Bang and hopefully she looks a lot like her, not only colourwise. She is a great girl, social and cudly, but very naughty :-) She isn't afraid of anyone, her biggest friend and playmate is a Maine Coon neuter called Onyx.
